Is it cheaper to replace just the glass or the whole window?
Replacing only the glass is often the lower-cost path when the frame, sash, seals, and hardware are sound. We check the frame and glass pocket before we recommend the scope. However, a warped frame, failed sash, or wider seal problem can make a whole-window replacement the better path.
Can a cracked window pane be repaired without replacing it?
A structural crack needs replacement because it can spread. Resin may address a small surface chip, but it does not restore a cracked window or door lite. In particular, do not use resin as a replacement for required safety glazing.
What causes fog between double-pane window glass?
