This notice covers the quote request form, the files you can attach to it, the analytics the site can load, and the third-party features the site embeds.

It does not cover records the business keeps away from the website, such as accounting files, signed contracts, or details you give us by phone or in person.

The quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number, city, the service you need, and a message. You can also attach photos, PDF files, or short videos.

The form submits to the Boost Business-managed n8n intake workflow. That workflow processes the submission using the approved providers below, and Formspark supports the form backend. Team members receive a notification at the business email address and phone number.

We use the information to answer your request, prepare an estimate, arrange a site visit, and keep a record of the request.

We do not ask for health or medical information, and the form does not request it. Send only what we need to scope the work.

Attachments upload before the form is sent, through the upload endpoint on this site. The files are stored in our Cloudflare storage bucket, and the notification message references each file by a web address. An upload session cookie authorizes the upload and lasts 30 minutes.

Upload photos, PDF files, or short videos of the property and the opening only. Do not upload payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health records, or anything you would not share with our team.

We delete attachments with the quote submission they belong to, 12 months after the last activity on that request.

The site can load Google Analytics 4. Analytics is optional and off by default. Until you choose Allow analytics, the site loads no analytics tag and sends no analytics event.

Choosing Necessary only still leaves calling, the quote form, and every other part of the site working.

When you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 records page views, scroll and outbound-click activity, and click intent on phone, quote, and map links. Google Analytics 4 uses IP addresses at collection time to derive general location information, then discards them before Analytics logs the data. These events do not read the contents of form fields.

Advertising and personalization signals stay denied, and the site offers no advertising choice.

You choose whether to allow analytics when the notice appears, and you can change your choice at any time with the Privacy preferences control in the site footer.

The site stores your choice for 12 months, then asks again. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection, blocks later analytics events, and clears the analytics cookies and storage this site controls. It does not recall data that Google Analytics already received before you withdrew.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to you, you may have rights over your information under those laws, and we will work with you on a request you make under them. This notice does not promise a set response time or a particular outcome.

We keep some records for accounting and legal reasons even after a request, and we will explain what we keep.

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the site forces necessary-only. No analytics tag loads, and the Allow analytics control is not offered while the signal is present.

The site keeps any stored choice but overrides it while the signal is present. Calling and the quote form keep working.
